This Shipping Policy describes the methods, times and costs relating to the delivery of orders placed on our site.
Order processing times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
 
Since these are pre-owned bags, each item is carefully checked and prepared before shipping to ensure product quality. ONE & ONE Srl will deliver the purchased products to the express courier as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
Shipments are made throughout Italy.
The express courier will deliver the purchased goods in Italy within 2–5* business days from the order's shipment.
Delays may occur during periods of high demand, holidays, or for reasons beyond our control.
 
(*) The delivery times indicated represent the time normally required to deliver the products and are provided for indicative purposes only, without any commitment or guarantee of compliance with them by ONE & ONE Srl. The supplier cannot be held liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances on the part of the courier.
Shipping Costs
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
The standard shipping cost throughout Italy is €20 for each order.
Shipping is free for all orders equal to or greater than €600.
Shipping tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking code to monitor the delivery status.
Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for any delays or non-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
 
Delivery Issues
In case of non-delivery, damaged package, or other shipping issues, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@brandoffnapoli.com.
